新疆工业学院是教育部批准设置的一所公办全日制普通本科院校，位于新疆和田地区和田新城，占地总面积3202亩。学校立足南疆、面向新疆、辐射西部，围绕新疆十大产业集群和区域优势主导产业发展需求，设置11个学院、50余个本科专业，以工科为主，以矿业能源为特色，工、理、管、经等多学科交叉融合。

Xinjiang University of Technology is a public full-time ordinary undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Located in Hotan New City, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang, it covers a total area of 3202 mu. Based in southern Xinjiang, facing Xinjiang and radiating to the western region, the university has established 11 colleges and more than 50 undergraduate majors to meet the development needs of Xinjiang's ten major industrial clusters and regional advantageous leading industries. It focuses on engineering, features mining and energy, and integrates engineering, science, management, economics and other disciplines.

学校秉持“工铸昆仑，育润万方”的校训，构建了以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线，融入兵团精神和胡杨精神、老兵精神的育人体系。在教育部支持下，以中南大学为组长单位的31所高水平大学组团式支援建设，2025年6月启动首届招生，首批设置智能采矿工程、冶金工程等16个本科专业，致力于培养留得下、用得上、干得好的应用型高素质人才。

Adhering to the school motto of "Crafting Kunlun, Nurturing All", the university has built an education system that takes forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation as the main line, integrating the spirit of the XPCC, the spirit of Populus euphratica and the spirit of veterans. With the support of the Ministry of Education, 31 high-level universities led by Central South University have provided group support for its development. In June 2025, it launched its first enrollment with 16 undergraduate majors including Intelligent Mining Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering, committed to cultivating applied high-quality talents who can stay, be useful and do well.
