Xiamen Xingcai Vocational and Technical College, founded in 1983, is one of the first private vocational schools in the Xiamen Special Economic Zone and a higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education to be included in the national unified enrollment plan. Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue and Skills" and carrying forward the "Tan Kah Kee Spirit", the college has been dedicated to vocational education for nearly 40 years, offering 28 distinctive vocational programs covering education, information technology, machinery, art, architecture, economics, management, and healthcare, with over 7,000 students. Located in Jimei Education Zone adjacent to Xiamen Software Park Phase III, the college has developed six major professional groups (including advanced manufacturing, electronic information, and construction engineering) based on the办学 model of "college in industrial park, majors aligned with industrial chains".
