豫北医学院是经教育部批准成立的普通本科高校，其前身是成立于2003年的新乡医学院三全学院，2025年2月转设为豫北医学院。学校设有18个专业院（部）、7个住宿制书院和30个职能部门，涵盖医学、管理学、理学、工学、文学等5个学科门类，现有27个本科专业和7个专科专业，先后培养出6.8万余名优秀医学人才。

North Henan Medical University is an ordinary undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University, established in 2003, and it was transformed into North Henan Medical University in February 2025. The university has 18 professional colleges (departments), 7 residential colleges, and 30 functional departments, covering 5 disciplines including medicine, management, science, engineering, and literature. It currently offers 27 undergraduate majors and 7 junior college majors, and has cultivated more than 68,000 outstanding medical talents.

学校注重跨学科融合发展的新医科建设理念，构建了覆盖生命全周期的5大学科专业集群，深化医教协同，实施“上午病房、下午课堂”临床医学全过程教学。拥有5所附属医院（其中1所三级甲等医院），是河南省硕士学位授予重点立项培育单位、国家自然科学基金依托单位，建有智能医学研究院等多个科研平台，积极推进数智化转型和特色发展。

The university focuses on the concept of building a new medical discipline with interdisciplinary integrated development, and has constructed 5 discipline professional clusters covering the entire life cycle. It deepens the collaboration between medical education and clinical practice, implementing the whole-process clinical medicine teaching mode of "ward in the morning, classroom in the afternoon". It has 5 affiliated hospitals (including 1 Grade III Class A hospital), and is a key project cultivation unit for master's degree authorization in Henan Province and a supporting unit for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. It has established multiple scientific research platforms such as the Intelligent Medical Research Institute, actively promoting digital and intelligent transformation and characteristic development.

学校创新实施书院制育人模式，建有7所书院，构建“六位一体”一站式学生社区和“五育并举”通识教育课程体系，荣获全国高校示范一站式学生社区、河南省高等教育教学成果二等奖等荣誉。与百余家行业龙头企业合作，组建5个产（行）业学院，其中2个获批河南省重点现代产业学院，为区域经济发展培养高素质应用型人才。

The university innovatively implements the college system education model, with 7 colleges built, constructing a "six-in-one" one-stop student community and a "five educations simultaneously" general education curriculum system. It has won honors such as the National University Model One-Stop Student Community and the Second Prize of Henan Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievements. Cooperating with more than 100 leading enterprises in the industry, it has established 5 industry colleges, 2 of which have been approved as key modern industrial colleges in Henan Province, cultivating high-quality applied talents for regional economic development.
