宜宾学院（Yibin University）是位于中国四川省宜宾市的省属全日制综合性普通本科院校，坐落于“万里长江第一城”、国家历史文化名城——宜宾。学校始于1978年的高等教育办学历史，2001年经教育部批准，由原宜宾师范高等专科学校与四川教育学院宜宾分院合并升格组建。作为教育部“中美应用技术教育双百计划”首批试点院校、国家“十四五”教育强国工程项目依托高校，宜宾学院以“厚德、博学、笃行、精进”为校训，致力于建设特色鲜明的地方综合性大学。

Yibin University is a provincial full-time comprehensive ordinary undergraduate university located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, China. It is situated in Yibin, known as "the first city on the Yangtze River" and a national historical and cultural city. The university began its higher education history in 1978 and was upgraded and established in 2001 with the approval of the Ministry of Education by merging the former Yibin Teachers College and the Yibin Branch of Sichuan Institute of Education. As one of the first pilot institutions of the Ministry of Education's "Sino-US Applied Technology Education Double Hundred Plan" and a supporting university for the national "14th Five-Year Plan" education power project, Yibin University adheres to the school motto of "Houde, Boxue, Duxing, Jingjin" (Virtue, Erudition, Practice, and Progress) and is committed to building a distinctive local comprehensive university.

学校现有江北校区（A区、B区）和临港校区，总占地面积2260亩，固定资产总值约45亿元，教学科研仪器设备总值约3.1亿元，馆藏图书1233.9万册（含电子图书）。设有14个二级学院、2个二级学部，开设65个本科专业，涵盖文、理、工、经、管、法、教、艺等多个学科领域。现有全日制学生近2.5万人，专任教师1448人，形成了以本科教育为主体，多学科协调发展的办学格局，并积极推进研究生教育及国际交流合作，在老挝建有海外校区。

The university currently has Jiangbei Campus (Area A and B) and Lingang Campus, covering a total area of 2260 mu. The total value of fixed assets is approximately 4.5 billion yuan, with teaching and research equipment valued at about 310 million yuan, and a collection of 12.339 million books (including e-books). It has 14 secondary colleges and 2 secondary faculties, offering 65 undergraduate majors covering multiple disciplines such as arts, science, engineering, economics, management, law, education, and art. There are nearly 25,000 full-time students and 1,448 full-time teachers, forming a school-running pattern with undergraduate education as the main body and coordinated development of multiple disciplines. The university actively promotes postgraduate education and international exchanges and cooperation, with an overseas campus in Laos.
