玉柴职业技术学院是经广西壮族自治区人民政府批准设立、国家教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业学院，坐落于玉林市玉柴工业园区，占地230亩。新校区按高起点、高规格设计建设，分教学区、实训区、生活区、运动区四大功能区，已建成6万多平方米校舍及配套设施，包括实训室、多媒体教室等教学实训设施，图书馆藏书数万册，校园互联网宽带覆盖教室及宿舍，满足学生多样化学习需求。

Yuchai Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in Yuchai Industrial Park, Yulin City, it covers an area of 230 mu. The new campus is designed and constructed with high standards, divided into four functional zones: teaching, training, living, and sports. Over 60,000 square meters of school buildings and supporting facilities have been completed, including training rooms, multimedia classrooms, and other teaching facilities. The library houses tens of thousands of books, and campus internet broadband covers classrooms and dormitories, meeting students' diverse learning needs.

学院立足玉柴集团，服务两广及西南各省区，面向东南亚，培养德、智、体、美全面发展的专科层次技术型、应用型、技能型人才。设有机电工程系、机械工程系等4个系及国际教育学院等2个二级学院，开设数控设备应用与维护、汽车检测与维修技术等6个专业。依托玉柴集团推进产学研一体化，通过校企合作将企业文化融入教学，以企业为实习基地提升学生职业技能，缩短就业适应期。

Based on Yuchai Group, the college serves Guangdong, Guangxi, southwestern provinces, and Southeast Asia, cultivating technical, applied, and skilled talents at the junior college level with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, and aesthetics. It has 4 departments including Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and 2 secondary colleges such as the International Education College, offering 6 majors including Numerical Control Equipment Application and Maintenance, and Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology. Relying on Yuchai Group, it promotes industry-university-research integration, integrates corporate culture into teaching through school-enterprise cooperation, and uses enterprises as internship bases to enhance students' professional skills and shorten the employment adaptation period.

学院师资队伍由专职教师、企业工程技术人员及名校教授组成，注重“双师型”教师培养。积极开展国际交流，引进国外职业教育模式，聘请外籍教师，组织教师赴国外培训；推进校企联合办学，开展订单式培养，为区域经济和行业发展输送高素质技能人才。
