淄博师范高等专科学校是经教育部批准，由淄博市人民政府主办的专科层次全日制普通高校。学校创建于1951年，初名为山东省周村师范学校；1955年更名为淄博师范学校；2000年与淄博第二师范学校合并为新淄博师范学校；2004年升格为专科层次普通高校。学校始终坚持面向山东、面向小学、面向幼儿园，以培养培训小学全科教师和高素质幼儿教师为核心任务，形成了“综合培养、学有专长、全程实践”的人才培养模式，构建了“7+X”师范生职业技能实训与考核体系，在长期办学中凸显师德养成和实践教学特色。

Zibo Normal College is a full-time public college approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Zibo Municipal People's Government. Founded in 1951 as Shandong Zhoucun Normal School, it was renamed Zibo Normal School in 1955, merged with Zibo No.2 Normal School in 2000, and upgraded to a junior college in 2004. The college adheres to serving Shandong Province, primary schools, and kindergartens, focusing on cultivating general primary school teachers and high-quality preschool teachers. It has developed a distinctive talent cultivation model featuring "comprehensive training, professional expertise, and full-process practice" and established a "7+X" vocational skills training and assessment system for normal students, highlighting the characteristics of teacher ethics cultivation and practical teaching in its long-term educational practice.

学校现有全日制在校生9426人，设有13个教学院系、30个专业（其中师范类专业11个），拥有国家级职业教育教师创新团队1个、省高校黄大年式教学团队2个，省级示范思政部1个。校园占地面积1140.82亩，教学科研仪器设备总值超1亿元，纸质图书105.21万册，电子图书133万册，建有357个校内实验实训场所和202处校外实践基地。近年来荣获“全国精神文明建设工作先进单位”“全国职业院校数字校园建设样板校”等称号，是山东省教师教育建设基地、山东省教育评价改革试点学校，为区域基础教育和经济社会发展培养了6万余名专门人才。

The college currently has 9,426 full-time students, 13 teaching departments, and 30 majors (including 11 normal majors). It boasts 1 national vocational education teacher innovation team, 2 provincial Huang Danian-style teaching teams, and 1 provincial model ideological and political department. Covering an area of 1,140.82 mu, the campus is equipped with teaching and research instruments worth over 100 million yuan, 1.0521 million paper books, 1.33 million e-books, 357 on-campus experimental training sites, and 202 off-campus practice bases. In recent years, it has been awarded titles such as "National Advanced Unit in Spiritual Civilization Construction" and "National Model School for Digital Campus Construction in Vocational Colleges". As a Shandong Provincial Teacher Education Base and a pilot school for educational evaluation reform in Shandong, it has cultivated over 60,000 professionals for regional basic education and economic and social development.
