正德职业技术学院是1998年经江苏省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制民办普通高等院校，位于南京市江宁经济技术开发区将军大道，与南京航空航天大学江宁校区隔路相望。学院区位优势明显，交通便捷，校园布局合理、功能完善，教学楼、实验实训中心、图书馆、运动场馆等现代化设施星罗棋布，青山碧水与红墙绿草交相辉映，构成南京翠屏山下的亮丽风景。

Zhengde Polytechnic is a full-time private ordinary higher education institution approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education in 1998. It is located on Jiangjun Avenue, Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanjing, opposite the Jiangning Campus of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics across the road. The college enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, with a rationally laid out campus featuring well-equipped modern facilities such as teaching buildings, experimental training centers, libraries, and sports venues. The green mountains, clear waters, red walls, and green grass complement each other, forming a beautiful scenery at the foot of Nanjing's Cuiping Mountain.

学院坚持专家办学，实行理事会领导下的院长负责制，院领导多来自南京航空航天大学等高校的资深教育专家。现有教职工390人，其中专任教师272人，教授、副教授占比超33%，同时聘请高校学者、企业能工巧匠担任兼职教师，打造了一支适应职业教育需求的优质师资队伍。学院设有7个系33个专业，构建了电子信息、财经、艺术传媒等七大专业群，尤其依托南航资源优势发展的民用航空类专业群（含直升机驾驶技术、飞机机电设备维修等）形成独特办学特色。

The college adheres to expert-led management, implementing a president responsibility system under the leadership of the council, with leaders mostly from senior educational experts of universities like Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. It has 390 faculty members, including 272 full-time teachers, with professors and associate professors accounting for over 33%. Additionally, it employs university scholars and enterprise craftsmen as part-time teachers, building a high-quality teaching team adapted to vocational education needs. The college has 7 departments and 33 majors, constructing seven major groups such as electronic information, finance and economics, and art media. In particular, the civil aviation major group (including helicopter pilot technology, aircraft electromechanical equipment maintenance, etc.) developed relying on the resource advantages of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics has formed unique school-running characteristics.

学院以“正德厚生”为校训，践行“以人为本、质量第一、服务社会”办学宗旨，深化产教融合与校企合作，实施“现代学徒制”培养，注重学生实践能力与职业素养提升。办学以来已为社会输送高素质技能型人才3万余名，平均就业率超98%，专转本率连续十五年居省内同类院校首位，先后荣获“全国教育系统先进集体”“江苏省文明单位”等数十项荣誉称号。
