浙江广厦建设职业技术大学是经国家教育部批准设立的本科层次职业学校。学校前身是浙江广厦建设职业技术学院，在原金华城乡建设学校和浙江广播电视大学东阳学院基础上组建，2003年4月，经浙江省政府批准、教育部备案正式建校。2019年12月，经教育部批准升格为本科层次职业学校，开展本科层次职业教育试点，校名暂定为浙江广厦建设职业技术学院（本科）；2020年6月，经教育部批准正式更名为浙江广厦建设职业技术大学。

Zhejiang Guangsha Vocational and Technical University of Construction is a undergraduate-level vocational school approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Its predecessor was Zhejiang Guangsha College of Construction Vocational Technology, which was established on the basis of the former Jinhua Urban and Rural Construction School and Dongyang College of Zhejiang Radio and Television University. In April 2003, it was officially established with the approval of the Zhejiang Provincial Government and registered by the Ministry of Education. In December 2019, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be upgraded to an undergraduate-level vocational school to carry out pilot undergraduate-level vocational education, with the tentative name of Zhejiang Guangsha College of Construction Vocational Technology (Undergraduate); in June 2020, it was officially renamed Zhejiang Guangsha Vocational and Technical University of Construction with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

学校现有江北、木雕小镇两个校区，分别位于浙江省东阳市广福东街1号和浙江省东阳市六石街道水明街168号，校园占地面积2100亩。学校性质为民办，层次为本科，类型是理工类，开设了建筑工程、工程造价、计算机应用工程、大数据与会计等本科（职业）专业及相关专科专业，形成了以土木建筑大类为特色，电子信息、装备制造、财经商贸等多学科协调发展的专业布局。

The university currently has two campuses: Jiangbei Campus and Woodcarving Town Campus, located at No. 1 Guangfu East Street, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province and No. 168 Shuiming Street, Liushi Street, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province respectively, covering an area of 2100 mu. As a private undergraduate-level university of science and engineering, it offers undergraduate (vocational) programs such as Architectural Engineering, Engineering Cost, Computer Application Engineering, Big Data and Accounting, as well as related specialized programs, forming a professional layout with civil engineering and construction as its特色, and coordinated development of electronic information, equipment manufacturing, finance and commerce, and other disciplines.
