郑州升达经贸管理学院是1993年由豫籍台湾教育家王广亚博士捐资，与郑州大学合作创办的本科高校。2011年4月经教育部批准，转设为独立设置的民办高等学校。2019年，学校顺利通过教育部本科教学工作合格评估，被专家称为“一所有文化、有灵魂、有特色的高校”。

Zhengzhou Shengda University of Economics, Business & Management was founded in 1993 as an undergraduate institution through a collaboration between Zhengzhou University and Dr. Wang Guangya, a Taiwanese educator of Henan origin, who provided the funding. In April 2011, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to become an independent private higher education institution. In 2019, the university successfully passed the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment by the Ministry of Education and was praised by experts as "a university with culture, soul, and characteristics."

学校位于河南省郑州市新郑市，校性质为非营利性民办全日制普通本科学校，业务主管部门是河南省教育厅。目前设有金融贸易学院、会计学院、管理学院等11个学院和3个公共教学单位，共有48个本科专业、24个专科专业，涵盖管理学、经济学、文学、法学、工学等8个学科门类，形成了以经济学、管理学为主的学科专业体系。

Located in Xinzheng City, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the university is a non-profit private full-time ordinary undergraduate institution under the supervision of the Henan Provincial Department of Education. It currently comprises 11 schools, including the School of Finance and Trade and the School of Accounting, as well as 3 public teaching units. The university offers 48 undergraduate programs and 24 junior college programs, covering 8 disciplines such as management, economics, literature, law, and engineering, forming a discipline system focused on economics and management.

学校先后获得“河南省文明校园”“河南省大学生创新创业实践示范基地”“教育部科学工作能力实训示范基地”“全国全民阅读示范基地”等称号，与20多个国家的300多所学校缔结为姊妹学校，积极推动国际教育交流与合作。

The university has been awarded titles such as "Civilized Campus of Henan Province," "Demonstration Base for College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice in Henan Province," "Demonstration Base for Scientific Work Ability Training of the Ministry of Education," and "National Demonstration Base for National Reading." It has established sister-school relationships with over 300 institutions in more than 20 countries, actively promoting international educational exchanges and cooperation.
