阿坝职业学院是经四川省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等学校，是四川藏区第一所畜牧、农业与旅游特色公办综合型高职专科院校。学院坐落于中国古羌城——茂县，距成都157公里，交通便利，招生纳入国家普通高等学校统一招生计划。

Aba Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is the first public comprehensive higher vocational college in Sichuan Tibetan area with characteristics in animal husbandry, agriculture and tourism. The college is located in Maoxian County, the ancient Qiang city of China, 157 kilometers away from Chengdu, with convenient transportation. Its enrollment is included in the national unified enrollment plan of ordinary institutions of higher learning.

学校占地面积26.3万平方米，已建成校园面积13.4万平方米，校舍建筑面积10.2万平方米，校外实训基地1000余亩。设有6系3部，开设高职专业14个，中职专业1个，涵盖农牧、教育、医学、工程技术、艺术体育、经济管理等多个领域，致力于培养适应社会、经济和文化发展的高技能型人才。

The school covers an area of 263,000 square meters, with a built campus area of 134,000 square meters, a school building area of 102,000 square meters, and an off-campus training base of more than 1,000 mu. It has 6 departments and 3 divisions, offering 14 higher vocational majors and 1 secondary vocational major, covering agriculture and animal husbandry, education, medicine, engineering technology, art and sports, economic management and other fields, committed to cultivating high-skilled talents adapting to social, economic and cultural development.
