重庆电讯职业学院是经重庆市人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等院校，前身为2001年创建的解放军重庆通信学院斌鑫学院，2009年改制为现名。学校传承红色基因，其专业发展历史可追溯至1931年红一方面军创办的我军第一期无线电训练班，始终秉持“厚德为人、砺能立身”校训，构建“红色基因+耕读实践+技能培育”三维育人体系，致力于培养大国工匠和高技能人才。

Chongqing Telecommunication Polytechnic College is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Binxin College of the PLA Chongqing Communication College founded in 2001, and it was restructured to its current name in 2009. Inheriting the red gene, the college's professional development history can be traced back to the first radio training class of the Chinese People's Liberation Army founded by the First Front Army of the Red Army in 1931. Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue for Being, Skills for Standing", it has built a three-dimensional education system of "Red Gene + Farming Practice + Skill Cultivation" and is committed to cultivating great craftsmen and high-skilled talents.

学校位于重庆市江津双福新区，规划占地1350亩，建筑面积44万平方米，总资产10亿元，教学科研仪器设备值1.286亿元，建有168个实训室及4个财政支持实训基地。开设40个专业，形成以市级高水平现代移动通信技术专业群为引领的“1+6+2”专业群格局，在校生规模2万余人。先后荣获“国家国防教育特色学校”“重庆市双高计划建设单位”等多项荣誉，与320余家企业合作共建209个校外实训基地，深化产教融合。

Located in Shuangfu New District, Jiangjin, Chongqing, the college covers a planned area of 1,350 mu with a building area of 440,000 square meters. It has a total asset of 1 billion yuan, teaching and research equipment worth 128.6 million yuan, 168 training rooms and 4 financially supported training bases. Offering 40 majors, it has formed a "1+6+2" professional group pattern led by the municipal high-level modern mobile communication technology professional group, with a student population of over 20,000. It has successively won many honors such as "National Defense Education Characteristic School" and "Chongqing Double-High Plan Construction Unit", and has cooperated with more than 320 enterprises to build 209 off-campus training bases to deepen industry-education integration.
