重庆建筑科技职业学院是经重庆市人民政府批准、教育部备案设立，由重庆市教育委员会主管的全日制民办非营利性普通高等职业院校，其前身为1984年创办的重庆房地产职业学院，2020年5月正式更名。学校坐落于西部（重庆）科学城、重庆大学城核心区域，占地900余亩，校舍建筑面积约30万平方米，校园以“一环、二路、三广场、四亭、五廊”为景观特色，环境优美，设施完善。

Chongqing College of Architecture and Technology is a full-time private non-profit higher vocational college approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and under the supervision of the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission. Formerly known as Chongqing Real Estate Vocational College founded in 1984, it was officially renamed in May 2020. Located in the core area of Western (Chongqing) Science City and Chongqing University Town, the college covers an area of over 900 mu with a building area of approximately 300,000 square meters. The campus features a landscape characterized by "one ring, two roads, three squares, four pavilions, and five corridors", boasting a beautiful environment and complete facilities.

学校以建筑科技为特色，下设智能建造、智能制造、数字工程等9个二级学院，开设46个高职专科专业，形成了以智能建造、装备制造、大数据技术为核心的专业集群。现有全日制在校生近13000人，教职工600余人，其中高级职称教师200余人，并聘有中国工程院院士等顶尖专家领衔的科研团队。学校建有市级院士工作站、博士后科研工作站及10大实验实训中心，与150余家企业共建产业学院和实践基地，6个项目获评教育部产教融合典型案例。

With architecture and technology as its特色, the college has 9 secondary colleges including Intelligent Construction, Intelligent Manufacturing, and Digital Engineering, offering 46 higher vocational programs. It has formed professional clusters centered on intelligent construction, equipment manufacturing, and big data technology. The college currently has nearly 13,000 full-time students and over 600 faculty members, including more than 200 senior-title teachers, and a research team led by top experts such as academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It has established municipal academician workstations, postdoctoral research workstations, and 10 major experimental training centers,共建 industrial colleges and practice bases with over 150 enterprises, and 6 projects have been awarded as typical cases of industry-education integration by the Ministry of Education.

作为重庆市首批高职院校和“双高”建设培育单位，学校先后荣获国家级备案众创空间、教育部网络学习空间应用优秀学校等荣誉，秉承“立德崇志、笃学善行”的校训，致力于培养服务建筑现代化和地方经济发展的高素质技术技能人才，已成为西南地区建筑类职业教育的重要基地。

As one of the first higher vocational colleges in Chongqing and a cultivation unit for "Double High-Level" construction, the college has successively won honors such as National Recorded Mass Innovation Space and Excellent School for Network Learning Space Application by the Ministry of Education. Adhering to the school motto of "Establish Virtue and Aspire, Study Diligently and Act Benevolently", it is committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents serving architectural modernization and local economic development, and has become an important base for architectural vocational education in Southwest China.
