广东潮州卫生健康职业学院是一所公办全日制普通高等专科学校，2021年3月经广东省政府批准、教育部备案设立，同年秋季正式招生办学。作为目前粤东地区唯一的医药卫生类高职院校，学校的成立填补了潮州市无高职院校、粤东地区无医药卫生类高职院校的空白。

Guangdong Chaozhou Health Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college. It was established with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Government and the record of the Ministry of Education in March 2021, and officially enrolled students in the autumn of the same year. As the only medical and health vocational college in the eastern Guangdong region at present, the establishment of the college has filled the gaps of no higher vocational colleges in Chaozhou City and no medical and health vocational colleges in the eastern Guangdong region.

学校坐落于广东省潮州市凤泉湖高新区中山大道西段北侧，占地面积约471亩，总建筑面积约15.2万平方米，计划总投资约12.7亿元，可提供5000个高职学位。下设马克思主义学院、护理及康复学院、药学及检验学院三个二级学院，开设护理、助产、药学、医学检验技术等8个专业，现有在校生4700多人，在职在编教职工132人，其中研究生学历占专任教师的82.6%。

The college is located on the north side of the west section of Zhongshan Avenue, Fengquanhu High-tech Zone, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 471 mu, with a total construction area of about 152,000 square meters, a planned total investment of about 1.27 billion yuan, and can provide 5,000 higher vocational degrees. It has three secondary colleges: Marxism College, Nursing and Rehabilitation College, and Pharmacy and Inspection College, offering 8 majors including nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, and medical laboratory technology. There are more than 4,700 students and 132 in-service faculty members, among whom postgraduate education accounts for 82.6% of the full-time teachers.

学校坚持“立足大潮汕，承接粤港澳；服务大卫生、融合大健康”的办学定位，致力于培养基层医药卫生事业及健康产业所需的高素质技能型服务型人才，积极实施广东省高职教育创新强校工程，目标建成粤东地区基层卫生技术人才培养高地和产学研融合发展中心。

Adhering to the school-running orientation of "based on Chaoshan, connecting Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao; serving general health and integrating great health", the college is committed to cultivating high-quality skilled and service-oriented talents needed for grassroots medical and health undertakings and health industries. It actively implements the Guangdong Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Strong School Project, aiming to build a training highland for grassroots health technical talents and an industry-university-research integration development center in the eastern Guangdong region.
