广东梅州职业技术学院是经广东省人民政府批准、国家教育部核准设立的公办全日制普通高等学校，于2021年秋季开始正式招生，录取批次为专科批次，学制3年。学院位于广东省梅州市梅江区学院路，坐落在风景秀美的周溪河畔，校园占地面积600亩，包括校本部东区、西区、北区及广梅产业园校区，总建筑面积30万平方米，规划在校生1.2万人。

Guangdong Meizhou Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Guangdong Province and accredited by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It officially started enrolling students in the autumn of 2021, with admission at the junior college level and a 3-year academic system. The college is located on Xueyuan Road, Meijiang District, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, situated along the scenic Zhouxi River. The campus covers an area of 600 mu, including the East, West, and North campuses of the main school and the Guangmei Industrial Park campus, with a total construction area of 300,000 square meters and a planned enrollment of 12,000 students.

学院设有农业工程学院、信息工程学院、机电工程学院、财经商贸学院、马克思主义学院、教育学院、继续教育学院、公共课教学部8个教学单位，计划开设45个专业，现已开设畜牧兽医、汽车检测与维修技术、大数据技术、烹调工艺与营养、学前教育、电子商务、智能控制技术、大数据与会计等20余个专业。学院是广东省博士工作站、中国客家菜研发培训基地、广东省粤菜师傅培养示范基地、华南农业大学研究生联合培养基地及梅州市工程技术研究中心，致力于培养服务区域经济社会发展的高素质技术技能人才。

The college has 8 teaching units: the College of Agricultural Engineering, College of Information Engineering, College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, College of Finance and Business, School of Marxism, College of Education, College of Continuing Education, and the Department of Public Courses. It plans to offer 45 majors and has currently opened over 20 majors, including Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology, Big Data Technology, Cooking Technology and Nutrition, Preschool Education, E-Commerce, Intelligent Control Technology, and Big Data and Accounting. The college is a Guangdong Provincial Doctoral Workstation, China Hakka Cuisine R&D and Training Base, Guangdong Provincial Cantonese Cuisine Chef Training Demonstration Base, Joint Postgraduate Training Base of South China Agricultural University, and Meizhou Engineering Technology Research Center, dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents to serve regional economic and social development.
