广东文理职业学院是经广东省人民政府批准设立、国家教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业院校，创办于2006年，前身为湛江现代科技职业学院，2012年更为现名。学校坐落于广东省湛江市廉江市，校园占地面积1830亩，建筑面积达70.9万平方米，秉持“生态文理、人文文理、特色文理、品牌文理”的办学理念，下设10个教学学院，开设56个专业，面向全国招生，现有全日制专科在校生21985人，三二分段中高职一体化在校生11000余人。

Guangdong University of Arts and Sciences is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Guangdong Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Founded in 2006 as Zhanjiang Modern Technology Vocational College, it was renamed to its current name in 2012. Located in Lianjiang City, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, the campus covers an area of 1830 mu with a building area of 709,000 square meters. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Ecological Arts and Sciences, Humanistic Arts and Sciences, Characteristic Arts and Sciences, and Brand Arts and Sciences", the university has 10 teaching colleges offering 56 majors for national enrollment, with 21,985 full-time college students and over 11,000 students in the three-two segment integration of secondary and higher vocational education.

学校师资力量雄厚，现有教职工1633人，其中高级职称教师368人，具有研究生以上学历的教师614人，双师型教师633人，并聘请32名国内外知名专家、教授担任特聘教授和专业带头人。学校高度重视实践教学，建有广东高校示范性实训基地——科技实训大楼，内设200余间先进实训室，教学科研仪器设备总价值1.4亿元，同时推进广东奥克体育中心建设，包括劳丽诗跳水馆等现代化设施。

The university boasts a strong faculty of 1,633 staff members, including 368 senior-title teachers, 614 teachers with postgraduate degrees, and 633 dual-qualification teachers. Additionally, 32 renowned domestic and international experts and professors are employed as distinguished professors and discipline leaders. Attaching great importance to practical teaching, the university has built a Guangdong Provincial Demonstrative Training Base - the Science and Technology Training Building, housing over 200 advanced training rooms with teaching and research equipment worth 140 million yuan. It is also advancing the construction of the Guangdong Aoke Sports Center, featuring modern facilities such as the Lao Lishi Diving Hall.

学校积极推进校企合作及产教融合，共建湛江鸡产业学院、廉江红橙产业学院及华为ICT学院，拥有6个校办工厂及245家校外实训基地，毕业生就业落实率保持在90%以上，就业单位包括洲际酒店集团、比亚迪、顺丰速运等知名企业。近年来荣获“全国文明单位”“广东省文明单位”“广东省绿色校园”等多项荣誉，与华南师范大学等高校合作开办自学考试辅导班，并与英国、韩国等多所海外院校开展联合培养项目。

The university actively promotes school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration, jointly establishing Zhanjiang Chicken Industry College, Lianjiang Red Orange Industry College, and Huawei ICT College. It has 6 school-run factories and 245 off-campus training bases, with a graduate employment rate maintained above 90%, employing in renowned enterprises such as InterContinental Hotels Group, BYD, and SF Express. In recent years, it has been awarded multiple honors including "National Civilized Unit", "Guangdong Provincial Civilized Unit", and "Guangdong Provincial Green Campus". It collaborates with universities like South China Normal University to offer self-study exam tutoring classes and carries out joint training programs with several overseas institutions in the UK, South Korea, etc.
