江阳城建职业学院是2018年经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案，在原西南交通大学科技学院基础上成立的全日制普通高等院校，位于四川省泸州市龙马潭区九狮路二段，为民办专科层次高校。学校以“名家治校、大师育人”为理念，秉承“至德至善、至严至爱、允忠允诚、高质高能”校训，立足四川、面向全国，重点服务高铁建设、城乡发展及“一带一路”战略，是助推成渝城市群开放型经济高地建设的重要教育支撑。

Jiangyang Urban Construction Vocational College is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education in 2018. It was established on the basis of the former Southwest Jiaotong University Institute of Science and Technology, located at Section 2 of Jiushi Road, Longmatan District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, and is a private college-level institution. Adhering to the philosophy of "Famous Scholars Managing the College, Great Masters Educating Talents" and the school motto of "Ultimate Virtue and Goodness, Ultimate Strictness and Love, Loyalty and Sincerity, High Quality and Ability", the college is rooted in Sichuan and oriented to the whole country, focusing on serving high-speed rail construction, urban-rural development, and the "Belt and Road" strategy, serving as an important educational support for boosting the construction of an open economic highland in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.

学校占地面积1000余亩，在校学生规模突破12000人，设有高铁与建筑学院、信息与智能制造学院、医药康养学院等教学单位，开设铁道工程技术、建筑工程检测、护理、电子商务等17个高职专业，形成以土木建筑、高铁技术为特色，多学科协调发展的专业体系。师资队伍中副高及以上职称占比34.4%，双师型教师占24.6%，并聘请西南交通大学等高校专家及行业企业技术骨干组成“双师教学资源库”，拥有国家级教学名师、国务院特殊津贴专家等领军人才20余人。

Covering an area of over 1,000 mu, the college has a student population exceeding 12,000. It comprises teaching units such as the College of High-Speed Rail and Architecture, College of Information and Intelligent Manufacturing, and College of Medical and Health Care, offering 17 higher vocational majors including Railway Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Testing, Nursing, and E-Commerce. This forms a disciplinary system with civil engineering and high-speed rail technology as特色 (tè sè - features) and coordinated development of multiple disciplines. Among the teaching staff, 34.4% hold associate senior titles or above, and 24.6% are "double-qualified" teachers. The college has also established a "Double-Qualified Teaching Resource Pool" consisting of experts from Southwest Jiaotong University and other institutions, as well as technical backbones from industries and enterprises, including over 20 leading talents such as national-level teaching masters and experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council.
