四川工商职业技术学院是一所隶属于四川省经济和信息化厅的全日制公办高职院校。始建于1959年，前身为国家级重点中专四川省轻工业学校（四川省工艺美术学校），2001年经四川省人民政府批准独立升格为高职学院。65年来始终坚持立德树人根本任务，秉承“明德强技、行健精艺”校训，弘扬“负重自强、永争一流”精神，努力办好人民满意的教育，累计培养各类人才10万余名，毕业去向落实率保持在95%以上，为四川乃至全国轻工业高质量发展提供了坚实的高素质技术技能人才支撑。

Sichuan Technology & Business College is a full-time public higher vocational college affiliated to Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. Founded in 1959, its predecessor was Sichuan Light Industry School (Sichuan Arts and Crafts School), a national key secondary vocational school. In 2001, it was approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province to be independently upgraded to a higher vocational college. 学校位于三遗之城都江堰市，占地800余亩，是国家优质高职院校、全国模范职工之家、全国轻工系统先进集体、中国工艺美术大师传承创新基地院校，四川省立项建设高水平高职院校、示范性高职院校、文明校园。设有9个教学单位，开设30余个专业，其中食品生物技术、产品艺术设计、工商企业管理为国家骨干专业；机电一体化技术、电子商务、旅游管理等为省级重点专业。学校坚持绿色轻工办学特色，注重产教融合，建有国家级职教集团、国家级生产性实训基地等，形成了鲜明的办学优势。
