四川托普信息技术职业学院创建于2000年，是经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等院校，是教育部批准的首批国家级示范性软件职业技术学院，也是国家技能型紧缺人才培训基地、电子信息产业国家高技能人才培训基地、四川省电子信息产业青年技师培养基地。学校是四川省第一所通过由教育部组织的高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估的民办普通高校。

Sichuan Top IT Vocational College was founded in 2000. It is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is one of the first national demonstration software vocational and technical colleges approved by the Ministry of Education, and also a national training base for skilled talents in short supply, a national high-skilled talents training base for the electronic information industry, and a youth technician training base for the electronic information industry in Sichuan Province. The school is the first private ordinary university in Sichuan Province to pass the talent training level evaluation of higher vocational colleges organized by the Ministry of Education.

学校位于四川省成都市高新西区，占地606亩，地理位置优越，紧邻英特尔、联想、华为等高新技术企业。下设马克思主义学院、信息工程学院、人文学院等多个二级学院，开设软件技术、计算机网络技术、大数据技术等40个社会亟需专业，现有全日制在校学生20000余人，教职工1000余名，其中专任教师中具有副高以上职称占30%，硕士学位以上占53%，拥有国家级教学名师、四川省教学名师等优秀教师。

The school is located in the High-tech West Zone of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 606 mu. It has a superior geographical location, adjacent to high-tech enterprises such as Intel, Lenovo and Huawei. It has several secondary colleges including the School of Marxism, the School of Information Engineering and the School of Humanities. It offers 40 majors in urgent social need such as software technology, computer network technology and big data technology. Currently, there are more than 20,000 full-time students and more than 1,000 faculty members. Among the full-time teachers, 30% have associate senior titles or above, 53% have master's degrees or above, and there are excellent teachers such as national teaching masters and Sichuan teaching masters.
