天府新区通用航空职业学院是2018年经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案的非营利性全日制普通高等学校，由天府航空教育管理有限责任公司举办，是中国第一所通用航空高校，获解放军空军、四川省人民政府、中国民航西南地区管理局等多方支持。

Tianfu New Area General Aviation Vocational College is a non-profit full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province and filed by the Ministry of Education in 2018. Sponsored by Tianfu Aviation Education Management Co., Ltd., it is China's first general aviation university and has received strong support from the PLA Air Force, the People's Government of Sichuan Province, and the Civil Aviation Administration of China Southwest Regional Administration.

学校坐落于国家级新区——天府新区，校园由清华大学设计，占地1100余亩，教育设计容纳量1万余人，拥有面积超过455平方公里的川协3号空域作为飞行训练场地。现设有24个专业，形成以通用航空类专业为引领、运输航空类专业为主干，电子信息类和现代服务业类专业为支撑的多专业协调发展格局。

Located in the national-level Tianfu New Area, the campus is designed by Tsinghua University, covering an area of over 1,100 mu with a designed capacity of more than 10,000 students. It has the Chuanxie No. 3 airspace of over 455 square kilometers for flight training. Currently, it offers 24 majors, forming a multi-disciplinary development pattern led by general aviation majors, supported by transportation aviation majors, and backed by electronic information and modern service majors.

学校实施“以德为先、德技并修、工学结合、三阶递进”的12345特色人才培养模式，聘请四川大学、中国民航飞行学院等高校的教授、博士及企业一线工程师作为双师型教师，与美国安博瑞航空大学、加拿大航空学院等国内外院校企业建立人才培养与就业合作关系，致力于培养高素质技术技能人才。

The college implements the "12345" characteristic talent training model featuring "morality first, integration of morality and skills, combination of work and study, and three-stage progression". It employs professors, doctors from Sichuan University and Civil Aviation Flight University of China, as well as front-line engineers from enterprises as double-qualified teachers. It has established talent training and employment cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions and enterprises such as Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (USA) and Canadian Aviation College, committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
