天津开发区职业技术学院是天津市人民政府根据国务院授权批准、教育部备案成立的公办全日制普通高等学校，由天津经济技术开发区管理委员会主办，主要为滨海新区及全国各地培养高素质技能型人才。学院坐落于天津开发区滨海学院区，占地40万平方米，建筑面积14.9万平方米，拥有8个实训中心、54个实验实训室及完善的生活设施，学生公寓配备空调、电视等设备。

Tianjin Development Zone Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government with authorization from the State Council and registered with the Ministry of Education. Sponsored by the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, it mainly cultivates high-quality technical talents for Binhai New Area and other regions across China. Located in the Binhai College District of Tianjin Development Zone, the college covers an area of 400,000 square meters with a building area of 149,000 square meters. It has 8 training centers, 54 laboratories, and complete living facilities, with student dormitories equipped with air conditioners, TVs and other amenities.

学院紧密对接区域产业需求，开设电子信息、汽车技术、生物技术、经济管理等领域22个专业，形成“校企联合、工学结合”的办学特色，与摩托罗拉、三星等50余家企业建立合作关系，毕业生就业率连续保持98%以上。其办学模式获天津市教育科研成果一等奖，被授予“天津市职业教育先进单位”称号，办学经验获教育部领导肯定并在全国开发区职业教育年会推广。

Closely aligning with regional industrial needs, the college offers 22 majors in fields such as electronic information, automotive technology, biotechnology, and economic management. It has formed a school-running characteristic of "school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning", establishing partnerships with over 50 enterprises including Motorola and Samsung. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 98% for consecutive years. Its educational model won the first prize of Tianjin Educational Scientific Research Achievements, and the college was awarded the title of "Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Tianjin". Its school-running experience has been affirmed by leaders of the Ministry of Education and promoted at national development zone vocational education annual conferences.
