秋明州立大学（Tyumen State University）是俄罗斯西伯利亚地区历史最悠久的高等教育机构之一，其前身是1930年建立的秋明农业教育学院，1973年更名为秋明国立大学。主校区位于俄罗斯秋明州行政中心秋明市，该市是乌拉尔河以东的第一大城市，距离莫斯科约2200千米，依托丰富的石油天然气资源成为西西伯利亚的科研与文化中心。

Tyumen State University is one of the oldest higher education institutions in Siberia, Russia. Its predecessor was the Tyumen Agricultural Education Institute founded in 1930, which was renamed Tyumen State University in 1973. The main campus is located in Tyumen, the administrative center of Tyumen Oblast, Russia. As the largest city east of the Ural River, Tyumen is approximately 2200 kilometers from Moscow and has become a scientific research and cultural hub in Western Siberia, supported by abundant oil and gas resources.

As a comprehensive university, it has 16 faculties covering natural sciences, social sciences, engineering and technology. It is a participant in Russia's "5-100 Project" and attracts international students from over 40 countries, boasting a high degree of internationalization.
